Since there is a limited capacity in the cable car and on cave guided tours, visiting times must be booked in advance. This is based on the number of places available.
Please note that your booking will no longer be valid if you arrive late at the check-in point in the visitor centre. As an exception, you may only change your booking to a later time if there is a sufficient number of spaces available!
Cancellation
Up to 7 days before the reservation date: No cancellation fee
Up to 3 days before the reservation date: Cancellation fee 50% of the cancelled tickets
Within 2 days before the reservation day and in the event you do not use the reservation, the entire entrance fee must be charged.
In addition to cash payments at the main cash desk, we are also happy to accept debit and credit cards.
If payment by travel companies via vouchers is desired, a cooperation agreement must be concluded in advance.

We request your understanding that we do not grant any commission to travel agencies and tour operators.
For confirmed group bookings, for every 20 paid tickets, 1 free ticket will be given for a guide or accompanying adult. The bus driver will also receive a free ticket upon presentation of evidence (transport documents etc.).
